When does a political party's actions define what colour they really are? And when should politician be prosecuted for making blatantly fraudulent promises? The last total bullshit merchant was Boris Johnson, the Clown of Europe, with his Big Red Bus campaign and Brexit promises. He even lied to Queen Elizabeth II about proroguing Parliament.
You may remember their promises last year in 2024. "No, please vote for Labour and we won't increase taxes. We're really lovely people, all soft and cuddly. Your savings and inheritances are safe with us." "Just vote for us, so that once we have our feet under the table, we can then do everything we promised voters we would not do. That's just politics isn't it? There is no law against that. Suckers!"
No Rachel, voters want politicians they can trust. They don't like being lied to.
Surely it is time for Statute that prevents political candidates from misleading the electorate. To enhance standards for those in public life. And to punish those who deceive, with intention to attain positions of trust. And in this case, ruin the economy. Driving down the value of what little they have left you. As you shuffle around the home you can no longer afford to heat.
If this was Nazi Germany, Rachel might have been put against a wall and shot for treason, if she'd lied to der Fuhrer. As things stand, there is a Petition with some 3,043,304 signatures (a time of writing), calling for a general election. Which in the modern world amounts to the same thing as a firing squad.
Voters do not like being lied to!
Where
the Conservatives also have no ideas, other than to keep
building unaffordable houses for their rich chums to rent to
benefits claimants, which your council has to pay for, and thus
needs to raise taxes, because they failed to secure the build of
any sustainable housing, that the nation desperately needs. After
Maggie Thatcher allowed social
housing stocks to be sold off, without requiring councils to
replace them.
ADOLF - In the eyes of many looking on at the antics of Vladimir Putin, there is an inescapable similarity between the Russian president, effectively a dictator, and the former German chancellor. We are also reminded of Sussex Police, who also beat up prisoners who are asserting their rights to a fair hearing, and when they don't get that, an effective remedy. The United Kingdom is rife with human rights abuses that fall far short of Putin's Russia, but nevertheless, are serious issue on our radar. Just like Rachel, Hitler lied to his electorate. Once he got into power, he made his word law. It took a world war to see the bastard out of office in May of 1945. The dictator finally shot himself. Reeves may well shoot herself. Only metaphorically speaking, in the foot.
DISSOLUTION OF PARLIAMENT
A
Prime Minister can call a general election at a time of their choosing by requesting a dissolution of Parliament from the Sovereign within the five-year life of a Parliament. The Government was elected by the British people on a mandate of change at the July 2024 general election.
Not a recipe for more borrowing and higher taxation to pay for
it.
Labour inherited all the usual challenges, with crumbling public services and crippled public finances, but said they'd deliver a decade of national renewal through Five missions:
1. economic growth, 2. fixing the NHS, 3. safer streets, 4. making Britain a clean energy super-power and 5. opportunity for all.
We
only count four promises, we don't see how Labour can
manufacture "opportunities for all". Unless, paying
more to live is spun around to be an "opportunity."
And so far in February 2025, they have failed to deliver on any
of these promises.
The
so-called budget head room was soon exhausted, leading to more
borrowing at higher interest rates than before. Meaning, the UK
has borrowed more than it can afford to pay back.
Except for ReformUK.
What do you think? And perhaps next time, we need to think harder before voting.

THE PLAYERS HEADING IN 2025
Is Rachel Reeves the new Margaret Thatcher? Well done old gal! The only Labour politician who seems to have a viable agenda is Angela Rayner. But even she is struggling with ways to get her affordable homes built. At least, she keeps fumbling the ball in interviews, that would not be necessary if she followed our lead with new laws to force councils to abandon their evil renting society, empire building ways. Where council taxes are higher and people cannot afford high rents from their fat-cat landlords.
The so-called Labour Party is not representing the workers at all. They are supporting administration jobs where those in these roles of trust are doing nothing at all, except invent problems that cost the tax payer even more. Heaven forbid we should actually promote Britain's heritage, creative writers, film makers and most of all the farmers and fishermen who keep us fed. As to water, well that is another issue, for sure selling off our utilities was one of the worst mistakes old Conservative Maggie ever did. More selling British workers into slavery. In the UK, the rich get rich by exploiting the workforce, using battalions of surveillance administrators at a ratio of 4 seat polishers to every 1 productive worker. The system is geared to draining every last ounce of blood from their victims via taxes. It is like one vast concentration camp, where the guards outnumber the inmates 4:1

Until, the final conflict, when there can be only one. And it will not be China that comes out on top. Though, many think they have commercial domination plans of their own.
In Wealdenland, they have been building executive houses to enable Russian oligarchs and other drug dealers and oil barons to launder their money. It appears not to bother this council's conscience one little bit. Just so long as they get a fat pension, by investing in oil and gas companies. To date, .
